About Soul Purpose Doula
I believe that birth is an invitation to connect deeply with your body, mind, and spirit. My path as a doula, childbirth educator, and yoga instructor is guided by my commitment to helping women reclaim their power and trust the profound wisdom inherent in the birth process. My calling is to offer not just physical support, but emotional and spiritual guidance combined with holistic care and grounded wisdom. I offer more than traditional doula support, my services are rooted in a deep understanding of the physiological and emotional processes of birth, complemented by my ability to hold space for your unique needs.
As a mother of three, I know the joys and challenges that come with each new addition to your family. My own experiences have deepened my empathy and commitment to serving other mothers. I cherish the opportunity to share in your journey, providing a comforting presence and practical wisdom born from my own walk through motherhood.
I support women who choose hospital births, homebirths, freebirths, or other natural approaches to labor and postpartum care in Knoxville, TN and the surrounding areas. One-on-one, or group classes for birth preparation and Childbirth Education is offered.
